Shoreline Gateway, Long Beach, California

Shoreline Gateway is the neighboring residential tower to The Current, another collaboration with developer Ryan Altoon (formerly of Anderson Pacific) in the CMFA portfolio. For this new luxury rental high-rise, artworks were selected to create an elevated experience that alludes to both Shoreline Gateway’s coastline location and the dynamism of the city of Long Beach. Shown here in Shoreline Gateway’s elevator corridors is one of Noah East’s numerous geometric designs titled NE-VE2-LS-R0103.
